Chicken Peanut Curry

Ever since the sad demise of the Willow Falls Spicy Durban curry, which, in it's prime, was the dogs bollocks of lazy curry cooking sauces - I bought a box of the stuff with a 2 year shelf life and I've only got one left and I'm saving it for a special king prawn curry - I was left with finding a substitute lazy man's curry sauce (for when you just can't be arsed going the extra mile).
Having gone through every curry sauce option on every supermarket shelf in the land and deciding they were absolute horse sh!t (apart from Tesco Thai curry pastes which are also the dogs). I was about to gas myself to death in despair. Until by chance, today, I stumbled on a recipe.............

Opening a jar / carton and stirring in might be quicker but not by much as it happens and it tastes way better then 99% of the shite on offer in a jar / carton. And you can adapt as you see fit. I had a jar of peanut butter that needed using too. Sorted. Splendid.
Flipping splendid.

i recently bought some of the curry paste used to make chinese curry, it is so delicious it would make your head spin.
ive never found a delicious jar of curry sauce before but i love to make my own. if i have to have a curry out of a shop it has to be this which is amazing and probably as good as any curry i have had from a takeaway/restaurant:0 -

Ye Olde Oak I wouldn't have even looked at in a million years cause i remember the ham in jelly in every christmas hamper. ....but! by George, if I see the ready meal, I'll give it whirl.
mr unis? never heard of, so it makes me think it hasn't travelled south of the border. Or I'm blind and it's bypassed me. I shall go seek out I know a few places that might well stock.
Worth a looksee, cheers.0
