Sleep is about to happen, and lots of it hopefully

Then delivering 2 bikes after their servicing and picking up another bike for servicing.

  • Glorious sunshine here again today. 3rd day in a row. And it's forecast to continue right through the weekend.

I've got some work that has to be done over the weekend, so I'm taking tomorrow and Friday off making today my last day in the office until next wednesday :D

I fully intend on doing as little as I can get away with today and might even sneak away early.

  • Andy_B is business going well? I seem to remember you were working at a seed packing place, or have you stopped that now to become a full time cycle doctor?

Today started off well, not much aches (from running yesterday) and then, whilst cycling in and getting cheesed off with the cars using the bus/cycle lane (they do it all the time grrr) I was over the moon to see a policeman down the hill booking them all  really made my day.
Then, about half a mile later I stopped quickly at traffic lights as they hadn't changed to green when I thought they would, and couldn't unclip in time.... there must have been about 12 cars behind me in two lanes, as well as the ones in front on the other side and a woman and her child crossing the road

Never mind. I got over it quickly enough. My legs keep seizing up though, so I just keep moving, I'll be reet once I'm home for a relaxing evening :)

+1 and I've only been here since 10am.

The only exciting thing was the 5 minute snow storm out of nowhere!

Don't make them like that anymore, last forever. 12 quid.
  • Where'd you get that from Sonic!? That would look great on my stealth bike 8)

You can't just swap SRAM for shimano, need different shifters too. Don't worry, it's a common noob mistake :P

  • Had hospital appointment which I have just got back from, joy.

    Still no pedals

In a bad mood for some reason

And am getting slightly fecked off with some smart-arse thread chaser who's sole aim is to contradict me. It's getting churlish and repetitive and (as I have been known to) Im getting the hump..... so for my sanity and their safety I am going to make a cup of tea

    .... and breathe.

Apart from that I am OK

EDIT: BUT I have just ordered a spanking new Thomson 50mm stem to liven up the front end on the Sanction :) (GT what THE HELL were you thinking putting a 90mm on!!!)
