Hi all,
bit of a long shot this i know but, got one off Wiggle in a size 52s but when it arrived it is marked as a 53s - Ideally I could do with a 51 or 50 so might be a squeeze.......
If anyone bought a 50/51 or 52 and would like to do a swapsies for a 53s.....then PM me....
Cheers,

They don't do a 53s? Have you measured the Top Tube or head tube to check the sizing?Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos0

Interesting....It had a sticker on it, on the back of the seat tube - 53s??
If you have a look at this chart http://www.windwave.co.uk/colnago/Docs/ ... _Chart.pdf
It has all sizes....The chart on Wiggle was wrong as it was for integrated headsets (and the Primavera has standard Ahead threadless).
Its a bit odd as the headtube measures about 56 deffo nearer 58 than 53??

Lig.
Is that the top tube? The head tube is the one marked HS in the diagram you linked to, that's probably the easiest one to check accurately.
If Wiggle have screwed up the sizing, they may be getting a few returned!Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos0 -
Surely return it to Wiggle? It's their c©ck up after all .....0

Sorry guys, its been a long day.....the head tube is 156ish, nearer 158 than 153 is what i meant....
It is a bike I was going to build for my wife.....
At the price they were throwing them out at, I dont think they will get any returned....most unwanted ones will pop up on ebay in a while.
Cheers,

This is a bit confusing because the size refered to by the frame sticker (for example mine at 59S) refers to the actual seat tube "centre to top" measurement.
The way they were advertised on wiggle (again, mine was 58S) referred to the c-c measurement of the top tube.
Your 52S bike was advertised as having a head-tube of 161mm, but Wiggle were incorrect, all the headtubes were shorter than advertised - mine's 180 instead of 202.
The way I read your post, I'd have thought you liked the headtube being shorter? Can you not make it work with no spacers like all the cool kids? Your Mrs will also benefit from a less hunched over position.0 -

No it doesn't, otherwise the 42cm would be VERY small.Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos0 -
Ahh yes, that was only true of the size I bought!
In which case my second guess is that their "Frame Size" is based on virtual seat tube c-c?0
