Cane creek headset replacement bearings

I have a 2009 prophet 2 (last one in the shop) and have killed the lower headset bearings its a cane creek reducer headset 1.5 szr that seems to be fully intigrated at the top and a normal press in fitting on the bottom...anyone any ideas what size replacements i need and where to get them ? I have tried their web site but it looks like my set is a bit of a missmash and so got no joy there ! Hope this is the right place to post. Gar
