Bent ring knackered frame?

Hi,
My middlering chainring bent and the chain gouged/scratched the chainstay, I know w/o seeing its not possible to assess. What are the risks re. stress/fracture etc.
I have a feeling the advice will be consistent here whatever the details but anyway - The scratch is about 25mm long and guessing 0.5 to 0.75 mm at its deepest.
Also
I need a replacement middle ring for a Truvativ Firex 3.3. Carnt seem to find a L4L anyone help. Somthing similar to origional will be fine.

any 4 bolt 104 bcd ring will do. I guess 32T
and the frame may be fine.
