Turbo trainer for 650c wheels

I want to buy a trainer for my son, which will accommodate 650c wheels. My trainer can be adjusted but it means using a spanner each time I want to go between 700 and 650. Can anybody recommend a cheap trainer that will accommodate a 650 wheel and is still usable? I don’t want to spend too much as I suspect that he won’t use it often. Any suggestions welcome.
