Does anyone know anything about this bike? I've seen one for sale at a very good price but would like to know more.

I don't know about the Enol. I have an Orbea Asphalt, aluminium frame with carbon forks. I thought it was a great bike, and it got me seriously hooked on bikes... I've spent thousands on them since... :oops:Start with a budget, finish with a mortgage!0

I think for £150 is worth it if its the one that is on ebay and its in good condition. Frame is bound to be decent as its an Orbea, the components will depend on how well the bike has been treated.x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x

It's the entry level build on the asphalt frame (until 2009) or aqua frame (since 2010), which is orbea's alu frame/carbon fork offering. [the 2 are basically the same frame I think; defo same geometry).
the enol will come with shimano 2200 or 2300 kit I imagine, the one below sora.
on the asphalt versions, this used to mark it out as a step below other entry levels (spesh allez etc.) but since the credit crunch all the manufacturers have downed their specs, so it's basically a direct competitor now.
bottom line: decent frame (it goes to over £1000 with better components) with low end components. I have the Fleche, which is the same frame with sora. I love it.0 -
If it was £150, I hope you bought it!
If not, I have a 52cm Asphalt in immaculate nick....

Mrs squill have an Enol seen here:
When she was trying all the different bikes (and I mean ALL in the shop!! = guys at al terrain did a good job and spent alot of time sorting the best fir for her out to big thumbs up) I had a go one the bigger sized one, frame seemed really good, much like my Trek 1.5. Apart from the order looks better IMO!0 -
