Defy 2 or Secteur Sport or Bianchi Nirone 7 Xenon - help....

Hi all,
Back in the saddle after a long time away (15 years!). Loving every minute and now have some cash scraped together for a modest investment.
Been looking around and spotted three nice looking bikes. The Defy 2 is my top budget. I like the 'look' of the Secteur - very classic. The Bianchi has a certain style. i will not buy until I try but thought I would ask for any advice that anybody wants to give. Anything at all would be appreciated - things have changed so much.
