Recommendations please - Light to fit on top of bars

Need a front light to fit on top of (flat) bars, current 5 LED Cateye is now blocked by cables, levers etc since I chopped the bars by 2cm each end!!!
So need a light that sits 'on top' rather than at the front of the bars.
It's only for city work so needs to be visible but not super powerful.
Oh - and need to be able to get spare brackets for bike 2
