Help 4 Heroes Chairity ride

Hey guys.
Just thought I would let you all know and see if I can get any pennies from you!!
In May im taking part in a Coast to Coast bike ride covering 351 miles over 4 days, ave of about 90 miles a day.
we are raising money for the Help the Heroes Charity.
I work for Suffolk police and you might have heard of 'Bobby on a Bike', well it is all part of that.

Good effort mate - best of luck with both the fundraising and the ride (I'm doing the Arnhem ride in September)
