brake adaptors

i have a set of hope brakes that are is mount but my new bike is post mount does anyone now were i can get some adaptors so i dont have to change discs any links would be good as i have had a bottle of wine and cant be a*sed to look for my self 
if i had my time again would i take the time to make the right choices

can i not just swop this adapter
for one that lets me fit these
and still use my hope rotorsif i had my time again would i take the time to make the right choices

No3 calipers.
you will need a bigger disc or a new caliper half or if this is available
