am feelin pretty good about myself just now, just got in from my first run with clipless shoes and pedals. Didn't even fall off once........but theres time yet

How far did you run in them ? :shock:
Sounds dangerous to me and you may have wrecked your pedals

i know what you mean i went on my first ride in clipless , could not belive how better it was.0

I had my second ride in mine and nearly had a little cope
There is a dog that in on my training route who always runs
out at me,normally I swing my leg at him and he scarpers
but I tried to kick out while still clipped in,I wobbled a bit but stayed upright
The dog got soaked with the water bottle instead
