U-Turn Spring And Grease.

The Tora U-Turn springs that TFTuned sell, will they fit the 2010 models which are 85-130mm? TFTuned doesn't state the travel length so I assume they will be fine.
Secondly what grease should I use to coat the outside of the spring with? any teflon grease like Finish Lines or something like these that state they are for forks
