chorus 10sp vs chorus 11sp

How does the feel of the 11sp chorus shifters compare with the old 10sp ones? I've used both the 10sp chorus and the (new design) 10sp centaur, but I understand that the new design chorus allow multiple gear dumping, like the old chorus but unlike new centaur. Does it feel much the same as the old 10sp chorus, or is it a lighter feel? Is it functionally identical to record?
Also wondering (since I don't have my new design centaur at hand to measure) is the reach to the normal position on the tops of the new levers greater than for the old ones? i.e., if I wanted an identical reach would I need to mount the levers closer on the bars? I know the levers are bigger, but perhaps that is down to the projection at the front for the aero position and the actual distance to the normal position is the same?

Based on the better shape and feel of the levers, I'd chose 11 speed over 10. The new levers are indeed longer and I fitted a shorter stem to compensate - or fit a shoter reach 'compact' handlebarMake mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
