Rusty stem bolts

I have rusty stem bolts. I would like to replace them with Ti bolts but being a bit new to bike maintenance I don't know which ones I would need. The bolts are removed using my 5mm allen key is all I can ascertain.

Have a 2008 Cannondale Bad Boy 8 size XL

Any info would be greatly appreciated
