Do you need a top or bottom swing mech? Or E type? The frame specs should state this as Specialized.0

the gear cable comes up from under the bb

nothing the lx is fine just wanted to upgrade the front mech and shifters0

Mine had a tiny half moon shaped spacer in the wrong position when I took it apart. It made the mech too high above the chainset.
The mech is held to the frame via an adaptor.0 -
