What were you charged at the end of your cycle2work-scheme?

To put peoples minds at rest due to the scaremongering over in this thread:

I thought it might be useful to have a poll where people state what they were charged at the end of their cycle-to-work scheme

For what it's worth, Cyclescheme, who I guess are the largest operator of the cycle-to-work schemes, states;

"Each bike is assessed separately, but in our experience the market shows values to be around 5% of the original voucher value plus VAT. "

  • I'm awaiting my bill at the moment. Our HR dept said it will be the equivalent of one more monthly payment.

  • mines not up for a while - but i'm glad I went on the scheme as i would never have got another hardtail and never got fit again - so a good investment !

    anyone else done it through Somerset County Council? I used the full amount £1000 so wondering roughly what the final outcome would be....

    (not that i'm worried)
