Formula Rotor radial grooves/ridges

After a day on the peaks and one at Cannock, my front Formula R1 Rotor has got quite marked radial grooves/ridges around it and the pads (pretty much worn out) are also grooved in sympathy. Is this ok? I put new pads in but haven't bedded it in yet. Can I keep using these rotors? Is the a set thickness when I should be replacing them?

Thanks

Thanks - thought as much. I was just auprised to see the pads go after 2 rides but I guess mud make pretty good grinding paste!
