I am doing alot of work up this neck of the woods once a week for the foreseeable future and i am after some good places to ride in the evening and i dont know the area that well
So has anyone got any good MTB GPS tracks or recommendations for the Saddleworth area incorperating Delph. Distance approx 15-20 miles

Get yourself an OS map Outdoor Leisure South Pennines or Dark Peak.
The is some good riding near ogden reserviors near Newhey, the area around Castleshaw is good, Crompton Moor is good, a quick trip to Lee Quarry at Bacup may be. Alternatively, try the Diggle Jiggle, Tintwhistle Moor or Lake to Lake rides in the links below. There is still a lot of snow on most of the tracks high up, I was up on the moors yesterday and it is still waste deep in places.
