Specialized Allez Elite- any good?

picking one up tomorrow (cyclescheme)
anything need replacing from the off?
(i will be fitting 105 SPD-R's, and switching the FSA SLK post/ sdg fly from my fixie)

    I had mine for a year now, excellent bike. you will not be disappointed.

    the ride home was odd.
    after a year on a fixie i found it odd freewheeling and braking with my hands!

    also white tape is gonna have to go! greasy fingers and white tape is gonna be a nightmare!
