Hi all
Will be doing my first tour abroad in the summer. Flying with Ryanair to Sweden and cycling down the North sea route to finish in Rotterdam to see the tour begin.
What do i do with the panniers, leave them on the bike or put them through as baggage? As i will have two rear panniers, plus tent, mat ect, cant take them as single piece cabin luggage.
I will just be putting bike in one of the ctc type bags so that i can be wheeled on/off by handlers.
Advice appreciated
Peter

  • You can put all the panniers/bags into a large, light, nylon bag and check that in.

You have to pay extra for each item and I don't think you can leave the paniers on the bike.
It's an uphill climb to the bottom
