Training planner or software

Anybody know of a decent training planner or piece of software that i can use to monitor and record my training and its results.

I am training for the Megavalanche this year and want to try and stick to a proper training plan to keep me on the straight and narrow. I have always felt having goals to work towards motivates me better than just going out riding where i can.
