Do planks & side planks on the wii game (my fitness coach, or something), its definatly biased towards females imo, but its giving me ideas for my own routines.
One that really kills me is the hellicopter, thats much more painfull than anything else i do!
Thanks for the input guys, ghost, i think its a bit of both, perhaps 12st may be a bit too much, but when i was over 13st i felt it was far too much, also if you go off those charts with weight down one side, and height down the other, 13st and 6ft is pretty much on the border of obese. I think 12st is pretty much in the middle.

Just a quick update, i'm currently 12st 2.5lb, and feeling better for it. I seem to have more energy & better stamina.
Finding it harder & harder to drop the lbs now, but suprisingly i'm not looking much different for it? My legs have leaned up, but my gut & chest are still quite flabby, hmm.
On the downside, my knees are clicking alot more & i get pains some days, so im taking some vitamins & doing stretches to try & help.
Overall, getting there. I think once i hit 12st, i'll start increasing the weight i'm lifting to try and start building muscle a bit more.
