Fuji Newest 2.0 2009 or Specialized Secteur 2010

Hi guys,

I had my Spesh Allez nicked by some thieving little **** the other day, and as work have kindly said they'll replace it and deal with the insurance themselves, I'm looking around for a replacement.

I've had a bit of a look around, and I'm torn between the two bikes named in the title. The Fuji has a Sora Groupset, compared to the Specialized's 2300, but I liked the Spesh last time, and the Secteur has the upgraded frame. Also , silly as it sounds, I prefer the colour/look of the Secteur.

I should also mention that the Fuji is reduced from £624 to £499, and the Secteur's at the full £549.

Any thoughts? Or, in fact, any other good ideas at around £500ish?

Any reason why you're going for the sportive aimed Secteur rather than the more 'racy' Allez?

I looked at Fuji, but its really heavy which surprised me. Spec Allez £499

Yes, you say 'upgraded frame'. Upgraded from what to what :? Secteur was released as a aluminium version of the carbon Roubaix as opposed to the Allez being the aluminium version of the carbon Tarmac. I think......
