shimano 105 front derailer with ultegra shifters compatible?

Hi could anyone can help me please. im installing a new ultegra 6600 shifters using a 105 5600 front derailer. and i cant get it to shift into the large cog on the front.
Is the ultegra 6600 compatible with a 105 using a 45/ 50 105 crankset?

Yes, no probs. It`ll just need the H and L screws adjusting to get it to change up into the outer and inner rings. (45/50 chainset seems an odd combination !)
