15mm bolt thru axle stuck

I just bought new tyres for my carrera fury and I can't take my front wheel off. The bolt thru axle just won't come out no matter how hard I pull or hammer at it. I can put an allen key into the thru bolt and it twists easily, but just won't pull out.
I've only had the bike for a month and a half and have never taken the front wheel off. The fork is a suntour epicon 120mm and from reading online a lot of forks have screws that you losen before the bolt slides out, but there are no bolts like this on my fork.
Any advice?

Have you got the fork manual?0

Came with every manual except the forks0

Without meaning to patronise, have you followed the instructions for removal?
Flip the lever down.
Press the opposite end of the axle to the lever in.
Slide the axle out from the lever end.
(You need to do step 2 and 3 at the same time).
I'd put the hammer down too, you might brake the axle or fork.0 -
Try the Suntour website - I believe you can get a manual there and proceedure for the 15mm axle removal.0

Manual for a different fork, but still has Q-LOC.0

I must be missing something here. When I open the Q-LOC and push the opposite side while pulling the Q-LOC side, it can't slide out. Unloosening the bolt opposite the Q-LOC until it lets me pull everything from inside out, apart from the bolt.
Actually looking at the pictures in the manuals that were linked it looks like my Q-LOC is on the wrong side!0 -
I'd go back to Halfords and see if they can do it.
Have you had the first free service yet?0 -
Not yet, I guess I should. I just hear bad things about them and my bike wasn't set up so great when I bought it, had to get a friend to sort it out and don't want them messing it up.0

I'd still take it in to make sure the fork is not faulty.0

Booked my service in halfords. I think I have the Q-LOC on the right side now, but when I push the bolt the hub moves along with it, so I think it is stuck in there. Will have to wait to see if they can fix it if I can't do it myself : :?0
