Come on Mum, get moving!0 -
Just had 3 peices of steak
BUT....
They were crappy cuts, and the George Foreman grill, while good, simply cannot compare to a proper, red hot coal BBQ, or if not a BBQ, then a good gas grill.
Mind, the spices I put on saved it a little, but it was still a pretty shitty cut of meatBoo-yah mofo
Sick to the power of rad
Fix it 'till it's broke0 -
I learned a good tip for steak - massage oil into it before you cook it - seals in the juices and stops it going tough.
But if it is full of fatty bits, hmmm.0 -
Yeah, just a rubbish few cuts of meat.
Mind, was a PROPER manly 'dinner'... I had no 'trimmings', or anything. JUST steak. Oooooooh yeaaaaaah
Grrrrrrrr!!!!!!!Boo-yah mofo

i don't bother with that...
red hot pan...butter...seal the meat on all sides...
cook to desired rarity....
let it rest on a slightly warmed plate...this is the most important part. When you apply heat to the meat...the muscle fibres contract. This is what causes the toughness...
allowing those muscle fibres to relax again then suck up any jooses before eating will make even the most fatty steaks more tender.
and fatty bits = flavour...fuk fillet....gimme rib-eye anydayWhenever I see an adult on a bicycle, I believe in the future of the human race.

Burger maker = about £1.50 from Wilkinsons (I think)
It's a burger press to be fair, you mix up all the ingredients yourself, and the burger press makes the dollops of mince and stuff into burgers. This one is quite good because you dont need the wax paper disc things that most of them use.0 -
I like a good chilli burger. But good tasty chilli, not hot for hot's sake.
Tesco do some nice fresh burgers.0
