Cube availability issues?

Any one else out there in the same boat? I've been waiting on my new Cube LTD Team since the end of October and still don't have any idea of when it will appear - other than a vague guess at early Feb.
Being fussy, I wanted the white/metal/red colour scheme which seems to be the reason for the delay as the anodised black version is available.
it's cosing me money now as I keep upgrading bits on the Spesh I don't *really* need to!
Seems to be a general problem as all of the dealers I've spoken to have said the same thing - don't have any, can't get any and don't have a firm date when they might get some. I understand it's not limited to this particular model either but might be to do with the frame painting for the 'non-black' versions.

I was looking at Cube before I bought my Focus. On talking to a few dealers and finally one very honest dealer, apparently Cube are nutoriously terrible at stock supply so much so that they may say Feb and it will turn up next week to as bad as one of the honest dealers customers who waited a year!!!!!0

That is not the case. Think of the size and complexity of the range they offer, then the level of demand for certain models they make and the fact they are painted in Europe by hand at it is not as bad as you think.
In fact I would say they are one of the best of our suppliers for stock.
The painted LTD series is delayed - we believe (may be wrong of course) that it is due to the painting process, there are 3 stages to it so more complex than simply black anodizing the other models.
They are worth waiting for.0 -
No arguments they are worth waiting for, very nice spec bikes. Just passing on my experience, and information gathered from several Cube dealers while searching for one....... :roll:0

Have you been able to get anything out of Cube regards dates for stock? Or do they just turn up as and when?'03 Specialized HR Comp

Who did you get it from :?:
Cube are normally much later than other companies at releasing there models and Feb sounds about right at least that was the case for the last 2yrs0
