Non cycle-exclusive ASLs

The junction where I cross Euston Rd in a morning was modified a few months ago and has a very definite looking ASL at the lights.
All reasonably normal, except there's no bike symbol in it, or anywhere else as far as I can see. Do people reckon this means they're allowing motorbikes to use it legitimately, or did Camden council just run out of paint/forget/couldn't be arsed?

Makes no difference, I've never seen a motorbike pulled over for being in the ASL and I think most of them think they are allowed in them...Do not write below this line. Office use only.0
