Looking for a pair of full length leggings to keep me a bit warmer
I have a pair of Altura Baggy Shorts with separate padded inners at the moment
I want to use the new full length leggings under my 3/4 shorts and not sure if I could use these inners as they are padded and get new long ones without pad in or is it better to get a set with pads in?
I would like to keep the cost as low as possible
help would be much appreciated

I have some Endura FS260-Pro Leg Warmers which I can highly recommend.

Rather than buying specific tights you can use them with your current padded inners which will keep the cost down

As above. The FS260 Pro knee warmers are only a little bit shorter and are arguably more versatile while at the same time avoiding the 'Nora Batty' look

I've got some Karrimor jogging tights which I wear over my padded shorts, but under my baggies when it's really cold. Only worn them once this year though, I find I'm warm enough with 3/4 tights or just shorts, especially as I wear 3/4/over knee length baggy shorts over them.

I'm wearing a pair of Tenn Outdoors full leggings as I type. Great for the money, breathable, warm and just right for the job.

I also use the cheap 3/4 running ones from decathlon. They're great too as an under garment.
  • Im currently using dhb Merston bib tights for the winter conditions. Bib tights are ultra comfy and the pad in these shorts is very good. Plus they're incredibly value for money, only about £45 on Wiggle, and they're fleece lined :D

These sound ideal where is the best place to look for them online?

I use the ones without pad.

the option is there with pad but mostly sold out. phone them to check on availability if you want pad.

If I get the ones with out the pad should I then use my padded inners on first then the long leggings then the baggie shorts?

Those leggings are pretty skin tight so depends how bulky / uncomfortable whatever you put underneath.

In this weather I use speedo banana hammocks underneath mine and everything is just tickety-boo - but then I'm old enough to not give a toss what the rest of the world says or thinks about such things.
