Hi,

I have a strange hairless area on my thigh, about 3 inches in diameter, right where the bottom of my shorts go. It's only on the left leg, the right one is normal.

Why?

Just really soft - like it's been waxed. It looks a bit strange though as the rest of my legs are very hairy!
  • I have insanely hairy legs, except the back of my calves. Think its where jeans rubs away the hair and so it never grows back. Probably just on a rotation your right leg is marginally different so its rubbed away the hair.

Do you wear your wallet in your left pocket perchance? I am afflicted by a bald patch in just the same spot.

    Good call, I do!
However, the bald patch is a couple of inches below where the wallet normally sits. I might experiment by having nothing in my left pocket though, as it could still be rubbing when I walk without me realising.

The next few days are going to be exciting! :D
  • Sounds like an excuse to go shopping.

Where the bottom of your shorts go, you say! Same here, do you 'dress' on the left as well then?

    Ah, so it's for cutting,
Dad thought it was somethiung the Anethetists did so they could put more stuff into him if they abandoned Keyhole when dealing with his Galbladder.
And when I had my appendix removed it was strangely around the same spot where the the Morphine went in.
