According to the blurb... "The world's tallest skyscrapers and towers are the scenario for this fast-growing sport where thousands of amateur athletes and top international specialists compete."

So this is just people running up steps? Hardly the most exciting sport!

Compared to, say, people sitting on a small seat spinning their legs round repeatedly?

You're comparing the procedure for the activity? That says nothing for what is exciting or not......

ahhh but when they get to the top don the body armour and full face then do a mass start run to the bottom the fun realy gets going.

Iits a good way to hold local running evens with out haveing to close roads in citys. I used to know a girl that likes to run up the KL tower. She had thighs that could crack wallnuts.

Like to see how long it'd take them to run up to this:

There used to be an Australian pro cyclist who did this - Paul Crake. He still holds the record for running up the Empire State Building.

Unfortunately he had a bad crash in a race in 2006 that left him paralysed:

Are your initials KL? If so does this have anything to do with the baboon part in your pseudonym

I think there was a picture of her recently in the 'Girls in Lycra Shorts' thread ... sitting on a motorcycle.
