Sending PMs - Messages in outbox

I have tried a number of times to send PMs to different people but when i click send the messgae just sits in my outbox and nevers appears in my sentbox and the message is never received.

Is there something I am doing wrong?

and have you read the FAQs?

this is normal behaviour they stay there until they are read. It is not Email.
