Hi all. I can get some shimano R220 spd shoes online with 50% off. As these are the custom fit that require baking in a special oven, I was wondering if anyone knows of a stockist in the Dundee area that would perform this task for me (for a small price).
Also wondering if these shoes are any good without having them baked.

Thanks.

i bought a pair from Planex X & got them fitted at Alpine bikes , at the Tiso Outdoor Experience in Glasgow.

Cost me a tenner - phone ahead to make sure the guy who does it is in - they preferred me to come in 1st thing as it takes about 30 min -

very comfy so far but limited to turbo sessions for the moment due to weather.

Thanks moonshine. I caught your reply and that swayed it for me so I ordered a pair from jejames for £97.

    Good buy, I think. Thanks.
