Back on My Bike- Now to get back to Work

At long last, I have been able to get back on my bike. After my accident in November, I've been off work and off my bike.
Physio says that I can ride my bike gently. He says its better than walking for my knee problems! I managed 2 x 5 mile rides last week and it has helped my knee.
The physio says that if all goes ok this week, I will be back at work in another week's time. He has said that I would be better off riding than walking & using public transport- I like this physiotherapist- he's a cyclist
I'm hoping for some decent weather this week to get out on my bike again and get my fitness back up to my daily commute and more.

Great to hear you're back in the saddle! Take it easy, no hardcore SCRing until you're back at 100%.0

Happy riding!
I am kind of off my bike at the moment until I can afford something more upright (hence the looking towards the Dutch style) an injury of old is haunting me at the moment (knocked off my bike when I was 10, back problems since) 14 mile aound commute on the Trek is out of the question at the moment unless I want to spend 12 hours in pain in work
It happens to us all in one way or another, but it's always a good feeling to get back on the bike!Officers don't run, it's undignified and panics the men0 -
Glad to hear it, spen.FCN 2-4.

"It stays down, Daddy."
"Exactly."0 -
My "FIRST" ride today after injury too.
Freezing cold on cycle track Caernarfon to Bangor and back, felt ok, but dogs everywhere!
Realised rear shock was low, so pumping it up asap. Otherwise, went well, with great phone-photos of sunset over Anglesey, Victoria Doc yachting harbour.
Made it all worth while.0 -
Congrats to you, too!FCN 2-4.
