Was it now , I'm glad to hear that. I have been wondering lately what cycling used to be like. I might give it a try soon too.

I got out for the first time in six weeks, yesterday. I suffered the entire way round the course, but today went a lot better. I just wish my gears would work properly though

Anyone see any of the white stuff?

Was up to 4ft deep in some places at the side of the road, and the road was narrow at some points, thought the snow was gonna stop my ride.

I went out this morning, did a 2 1/2 hour hilly ride, snow still at the top of Hollingbourne hill and the Ringlestone road in Kent. Nice being out today, feels great.

My clubs 50 mile reliability ride today, first proper fast ride of the season. Too many hills, too few gears(single speed) too few miles preperation meant it was a very hard morning in the saddle. Still, enjoyed it very much.

managed an hour & a half on Sat, with the plan of a 4 hour plus on Sun.

But time went with helping my dad on a few things & ended up an hour run - my knees hurt & the bike is sulking with me

You don't want to fall out with your bike, Matthew.

Managed my second ride of the year on Saturday. The weather was ok-ish, but the roads were awful !!! Potholes everywhere and everythign that should have been in teh potholes was all over the roads.

I'd have been better on my MTB !! (And with a donor set of legs !! )
