shock issue

put a post on the general section ,i have a giant nrs2 and the shock is well used now ,its began to loose air,can these be ohauled?can I send it to someone to do,or is it in the bin time?,also what about a replacement ,its used daily on the road from work,can anyone recommend a good brand to replace.
