Float R Fork rebound way too slow

...even on the fastest setting my '08 Float R fork's rebound is way too slow
I have the correct air pressure for the sag I require
The bike is stored indoors and the problem is worse out in the cold as the oil thickens.
No gurgling noises under compression.
Is it a case of a full service is needed, or something quicker like topping up the suspension oil?

Full service and oil change. Oil could be contaminated.0

Bugger, oh well, best order a seal kit & sus fluid.
Was hoping to get away with just wanging more sus fluid in.
I don't think the forks have been serviced, unless MBUK did them when they had the bike.0
