Avid Juicy 5's front disc binding!

endless trials!

Help please.
I have always read all of your advice and it has helped me no end but I can't find a solution to my problem.
My front disc is always binding..........
I have stripped the caliper no end of times, changed all but the main caliper bodies, bled the system a zillion times, changed the pads, even tried different makes, put old pads back in, have even had pads made for me by an engineering friend and it still binds!!!!!!!!
My discs are mounted onto Mavic rims attached to Rock Shox Duke race forks and I have had this same setup for a while now and like it but can't stop the disc binding.
Was thinking of skimming a few thou of the disc to see what happens!
Any suggestions please would be much appreciated
Thank you

and the rotors are?
sorry just about the only thing you missed out."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

to me that sounds like a warped disk......however a friend of mine had a similar problem when he brought a second hand bike.....long story short some how (god only knows how) the actual bracket the caliper bolts onto was very slightly bent making the caliper "toe in"
so no matter what was done to disk or caliper wouldnt fix it.
replaced the bracket and all was fine!
just a little FYI i thought might help.Unlike my credit card im currently carrying a low level of interest- Peter Griffin

is there too much fluid in the system? That was a problem for me in the past.
Also make sure they are aligned right. It is very easy for the caliper to move slighly when tightening the bolts knocking it out of alignment.Giant TCR advanced 2 (Summer/race)

as he has not got back lets guess they are the Avid discs.
And yes if the brakes have been bled incorrectly without having the pistons full retracted them they will be too much fluid in the system and the new pads will rub."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
