    Tuna is good - I think the mercury risk is overplayed.;

    Same. Wouldn't recommend it for everyone, but high tuna consumption isn't the worst thing for your body.

    Also agree with what you said about BF% and abs, although I'd place that number closer to about 8% for most people. The abs are there, just gotta work really, really hard to see them.

    In my opinion it isn't worth sacrificing too much weight just for the sake of seeing a six pack.
  • You will need a high protein diet and to work hard in the gym. There are plenty of excercises you can do but you should just do an all round gym work out as concetrating on only one area isnt good. If you have a high protein diet with good fats and some carbs, lots of fruit and veg and a well balanced gym plan your 6 pack will come.. simple! :wink:
  • David by Michael Angelo, one of the most famous 6 packs of all time, do you think he got it through doing loads of crunches...? More likely he had an active lifestyle and ate healthily...!
    Couple of 5 spots, a hummer and a handjob.....
  • I find, its a lot easier to draw them on.
    +1 why waste time, just use some creativity and pen;DDDDDD
    if seious i thinks press exercises R best for six pack
