hi there,

just wanted to say hello everyone from a long time lurker - even though I registered early 2008 :shock: I am only posting now... Just felt like it was time to join in and enjoy the banter on here... I'm a 45 yr old keen club cyclist, commuter & sportive rider , only been into ' racers ' ( old school terminology ), for the last 5 years or so but I wished I had got into it years ago really...

    couple of early questions ;
    do all you people just post in Cake Stop or do you go on the other fora ?
    only asking 'cos I see a lot of posters in Pro Race for instance that don't seem to appear elsewhere ..
    also - what has happened to Vino ( ? - the poster not the pro rider ), he used to make me smile with his replies but no one seemed to acknowledge him :wink:

    My answers -

    I'll post in other sections but mainly here. Pro Race can get a bit heated but there's a lot of very knowlegeable posters in there.
    Beginners is always useful - whatever your level. And Campaign is where people go to get shot down by Spen.

    Vino is still around - I suspect he's an alias of a regular.
