The dates for this years Marathon Series at Kielder have been published.
The Winter Warmer - 27th February
The Border Raid - 8th May
The Hot Trod - 17th July
Oktoberfest - 16th October
Each event will be pre-marked, and route maps will be available to view on the morning the race.
The total length of each race will be approximately 50 kilometers, either over 1 lap, or multiple laps.
The overall series winner in each class receives a challenge shield (to be returned the following year) and a replica (to keep).
Class winners on the day receive prizes donated by The Bike Place and Saddle Skedaddle.
Entry Fees are as follows:
Enter 1 event - £22
Enter 2 events - £40
Enter 3 events - £57
Enter all 4 events - £72
Most importantly of all... The proceeds from The Bike Place Marathon Series are split equally between the Great North Air Ambulance, and the Kielder Trail Reavers.
