Enough lurking from me.

Just wanted to say hi to the forum and a big thanks for all the ideas and advice, including spotting a cracking Ti bike on EBay just before Christmas. I was the lucky #### to win it. I hope to be able to fathom posting a picture of my Sunday - once I've located a white garage door of course.

Anyway, hope to see folks out and about too, if your in or around the SStaffs area, maybe at Dan Fleeman's Tour de 'Nock' on the 31st.

All the best, Ron

Ah yes Burgundy (good start eh?). Pleasure Town sounds mighty fine...but first some afternoon delight.

Don't act like you're not impressed.

When you first got your Sunday was it a case of "I wanna be on you"?
  • When he beats his mates to the top of a hill he yells "oooh! It's a deep burn!"
"In many ways, my story was that of a raging, Christ-like figure who hauled himself off the cross, looked up at the Romans with blood in his eyes and said 'My turn, sock cookers'"

That's nothing, I can yell that even without winning.

And the next big thing in sports nutrition - I'll have three fingers of Glenlivet, with a little bit of pepper... and some cheese. You never know it might catch on...worth a two page article in C+ at least?

Its a docudrama about a legendary newsreader in the States. Not made by the same people that made the docudrama about us being able to live on Mars though.

Appartently some guy called Will Ferrell made a film all about me back in 2004. Only the names, locations and events have been changed

Chris - Thanks for the welcome

Scrumple - Thanks, as I said in the OP I hope to sort out a pic soon. I spotted your comments regarding Ti cages which look great, but I ended up going with Aspirevelotech who have a pair of C cages with Ti bolts as a special atm. I'll let folks know how I get on.

I went with them for the King titanium cage double pack, a whoppingly low 56g the pair.
    Nice!

(£60 for the pair came out my bank, as I negotiated free shipping. Marked low to clear customs!)

Great Odin's raven...and I chose Carbon over Ti for a Ti bike! What was I thinking! At least I can console myself with Ti screws. Hurt, shocked and offended and hurt
