Newport Track Session - Sat 30 January
I have a few places on a 2 hour track session (1600 - 1800) at Newport on Saturday 30 January. Cost £14 per person* as share of track hire and coaching cost. Hire bikes at £7 for the session.
Max number is 15 people so plenty of room - suitable for novices/first-timers, and the more experienced track riders - the coach we usually have is excellent.
The time frame lets us have a good warm-up/down with some exercises and timed stuff for those that want it - and some resting!
