I take it all PE lessons have also been canceled as have things like running in the playground, kicking a ball etc etc ?

oh and kids walking to school ....

  • I would like to understand a bit more about what the mother had said.

    Do you think she said, my daughter can't attend so its not fair and should be cancelled, or do you think she simply said, she can't come (in the permission slip).

    How about if Children can't go for other reasons (too fat, too poor...), would that lead to cancelling the trip?

    Seems to be that people who make these decisions are a bit uninformed about what the legal implications are of going ahead with the trip.

    Just a bit sad really, especially as it seems to be an annual event so the kids would have been looking forward to this as a known treat.

    Probably best if they all just sit at home playing computer games...... :roll:

  • Its really good, not only does she and everyone else miss a great trip but now she can feel even worse as she gets teased and buillied for it.

    If you have a veruca you cant join the swimming lesson, it doesnt get cancelled does it.
  • So what is her disability ? Was it just her mother's opinion that she couldn't take part or was it doctors orders ?
