700c wheels for a lard arse

I currently have in front of me a spoke off my 7 year old BSO Dawes Giro training bike.
I know I could just find somewhere selling 190mm (I think) spokes and replace it but the rear wheel has a Freewheel rather than freehub, and while there is still some 7 speed bits going about I wouldn't mid getting a freehub on it (I already have the 4mm spacer to put a 7 speed cassette on) and would allow an eventual upgrade to 8 or 9 speed (The frame is spaced at 130mm) when I can be bothered affording the brifter upgrade.
The biggest problem is I'm not exactly light at 95kg and most factory wheels I have seen for sale have next to no spokes.
Does anyone have any advice on either wheelbuilders or suitable factory wheels I could get for < £100 (Which I think is the most sensible to spend on such an old, sub-entry level machine)
Oh the mix-and-match groupset is mostly Japanese Fishing gear.
