trying to explain to some mates what a 'chipper' is but don't really know how to put it into words and a way that wouldn't offend anyone, any ideas?

that would work as a explanation on chipper crit or chipper rr, so i guess a chipper would count as someone who would try to win 'fun races' maybe and i suppose you could count alot of people who ride sportives to be chippers0 -
