Spares/essential equipment to take on Lanzarote trip??

Hi,

I am a newb on the forum.........I have organised my first winter trip to lanzarote and was wondering which spares I should take on the trip with me??

There are two bikes - Trek Madone 4.5 and Specialized Tricross Sport..these are being carried in two hired bike boxes...

    I stayed up North the first time, South the second. There was a bike shop at Costa Teguise, but it was shut when I got to it! Bike shops are "basic."
    I did XC Mtb but the roads are very good, with a constant wind though, sometimes it's a hot wind.
    Others may differ, but take what you would for UK riding, imagining there's no bike shop for miles.
    Also, drinks/food stops are few-and-far-between, so take plenty of bottles, Camelbak, energy bars and dried fruit.
