upgrade disk brakes

I want to upgrade my 180 Decore xt disk brakes to bigger 203 disks and was looking at avid codes or hope M4s. any advice?

    on what bike?

    and you will not need that much power.

    and will your fork. frame take discs that big?

    Ok it is on the coil air.

    just look at some better brakes as the deores are not the best, you could get away with just changing the calipers to XT and some better rotors as again the deore rotors could be better.

    Dont forget this bike is not a DH bike. (your fork question).

    yeah its on the coil air shall i stick with 185 mm then and just upgrade?
    can you recomend any good brakes to upgrade to?

    TBH i would not as it looks like you really want to be saving for a different bike rather than throwing money at a bike that is not designed for want you seem to be wanting to do.
