Could be a bit, or a lot, too long. Then again pedaling backwards has been know to cause this. At least as far as I have experienced.0

Where does the chain fall off? Chainset (which side / in smaller/larger cog)?
Rear deraillieur? How/where?Cycling weakly0 -
Mine used to do this when I was in big ring and 2nd biggest cog. I used this gear to start in TTs and if I back pedaled to get my foot position right the chain would just drop off the inside of the rings, right off. It was a bit embarassing. After a few hundred miles everything seemed to bed in and it stopped happening.
Could you have the same thing. If so then just get some miles in.0 -

Same, chain jumps down on the rear cassette, I haven't been out on it at all since building it all up.Ill leave it for a few hundred miles see what happens. CheersSpecialized Allez 20100
